Sharp pains in right ovary. 😡

I don't know what to do. I'm having god awful pains in my right ovary. Like shooting, stabbing, achy pains. I had a period July 24th, ovulated the 6th of this month and had sex July 3rd. It hurts so bad it's putting me in tears. I know it's a long shot to be pregnant. But what do you think.
