Loads of baby movement & then nothing?

I had load of baby movement on Sunday but haven't felt anything since it's such a worry. Is this normal?

During twenty weeks they are still really tired so when they move like that one day, for the next couple days they are too wore out! Also, it's still to early to document movements!! My doctor told me I shouldn't be concerned about my baby not moving until I'm like 25 weeks!

How far along are you? I only notice the baby once a day if I'm lucky cuz she's still so small at 21 weeks....when I'm moving around I don't feel her at all because I'm usually busy at work. Don't stress yourself out about it....you will probably feel her now that you posted in here lol let me know when u do so I can breathe a sigh of relief with u....I know how nerve racking it can be!

That's very normal. I'm a little over 20 weeks, and some days my little man goes insane and I never stop feeling him but some days I maybe feel him once if I'm looking for it. Probably just a big growth spurt or a lazy week. Drink some cold and sugary, lay down, and poke around. Shine a light on your belly, or even laying on your belly or laying an object on it will probably get baby going so you can get peace of mind.
