Hello fellow ladies! Just wanted to try pineapple core this cycle, but as said it should be taken from 1 to 5 dpo I am confused whether to start today. I am on CD 20 and have no idea whether I ovulated or not, was supposed to do so on CD 18. Temps went down on cd18 and cd19, today it is up by a lil bit how do I know until I temp tmrw and day after but by that time I wud be 3 dpo incase I ovulated today! Can anybody guide me in this? Did you try Pineapple core and get bfp?
