First official MS at 9 w 2 d, anyone else?

Hi ladies,  I have minimal nausea but nothing bad. This morning, at 9 weeks 2 days, it was really bad and I puked.  So my question is - as anyone else started getting bad MS this late?  Or did I make a poor breakfast choice?  I had milk and OJ without food and then got in the shower.

My doctor said morning sickness peaks at 9 weeks and stays high through the end of the first trimester. Hang in there!

I've had it all the way through with my son. Now I'm in my 8th week and I still have it bad.

If your feeling nauseous, recommend staying away from both milk and orange juice. OJ is very acidic and can cause an already upset stomach to get worse (I personally have thrown up the two times I have drank it and have since stopped). Milk is good for you (yum, calcium), but there is a lot of research that shows that it can also cause nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. I would try a small snack (crackers, toast, or a banana) and see if you are able to keep it down.

I never had morning sickness with my first, but the only time I did throw up was one morning when I had milk and orange juice and then got in the shower. I stayed away from Orange juice after that and then never had a problem again.

I've had pretty awful morning sickness since 6 weeks, but I felt that it worsened significantly around 9 weeks when I started vomiting and struggling to keep what food I could bring myself to eat down! The good news is I'm now 10w5d and having more "decent" days than horrible days. Good luck!
