Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and what seems to help:
I wake up every morning feeling very nauseous and very shaky. I've been pushing the fluids (water, Gatorade, choc milk) and trying to eat a balanced breakfast. I've also cut way back on my morning coffee. I can't seem to find a way to combat this!
The nurse at my OBs office suggested a high protein snack before bed, but I have such horrible heartburn almost every time I eat, especially at night.
Suggestions please?? TIA!
