SO WEIRD!!!!

So according to Glow im 8 DPO AF due 8/18. Yesterday I was so sick ,runny nose,congested , red eyes ,sneezing every 2 minutes. I didn't take any meds at all I just drank some tea and went to bed , when I woke up this morning it felt as if I was never sick .My question is has anyone ever experience this and then got a BFP?
