Constipation to diarrhea?

I know that constipation is normal but at a certain point in pregnancy does diarrhea turn to something that is normal? I'm 8w4d

Constipation often causes diarrhea so it is normal to have both alternating.

I'm either constipated or have diarrhea. Never anything in between. From what I've read is normal yet abnormal to have diarrhea while pregnant. Thanks webmd. Lol.
