How do I know if it's working?

Today is my 11th day on BC tri-sprintec 
I can't tell if my birth control is even working because I get no symptoms. I feel like I'm just taking a pill every single day at the same time and it's not working. How can I tell? Should I just trust that it works.

I recently started taking it, only because I was not able to get my regular pill, I had no symptoms so you're not alone.

You know it's working because that's what birth-control pills do. The FDA exists solely to ensure that medications do what they're supposed to do.

If you have no symptoms, that's a good thing, some Bc has horrible symptoms.  I loved tri-sprentic when I was on it

I've been on it for over 3 years now and have been in a steady relationship that whole time and I haven't gotten pregnant yet. It's also my only form of birth control
