I read that you only have a peak surge for about 4 hours, that's why it's so easy to miss it! You're still good, you'll be ovulating in about 12-24 hours so baby dancing should commence if you want to make sure you don't miss it.

Might be on its way out or your urine might be more diluted (although my afternoon pee will still show a surge, but everyone is different right?) I read that women ovulate 12-24 hours after their initial surge. Depending on when you caught it, there could be plenty of time to BD.
