So I found out I was pregnant on Sunday and I am obviously a smoker. So right away I gave my boyfriend my cigarettes and have been trying to not smoke, but it's killing me and I crave them so bad. I went from smoking like a pack a day and I've been smoking 5-8 cigarettes a day, I know it's terrible but I feel like the I've accomplished alot in a few days. Does anyone have this problem too? Or anyone have any tips. I've been chewing candy when I get a craving, but I still want them. I feel like a terrible person!
