Check the daily recommend Amount of each vitamin. If they are 100% or more in any/ all categories, you only need to take one pill/gummie.

Taking one of each will over do it making you wait a pill and could be potentially harmful if excessive

I loved them they just have half the amount recommended of folic acid for when you are pregnant I recently however switch to the pre-and post natal Gummi's from the same brand because I wanted to take the 800 rather than the 400 MG of folic acid

I compared this brand of prenatals to my regulAr gummies vitamins and found that the only difference is the prenatals have the omega 3's in it. I love these prenatals :)
