MDD and TTC ?

Need some advice on how to deal with this desorder and not take any meds !

I assume by mdd you mean major depressive disorder? I have bipolar and had to get off medication too. I try and control it through diet and exercise. Exercise can help your brain produce dopamine and seratonin, the hormones that make you happy and eating healthy foods low in sugar and preservatives can help your body and brain function better. Also, some neurological studies suggest increasing your Omega-3 intake by taking a supplement can help with depressive disorders. If you're still having depressive episodes try talking to a cognitive therapist or finding out if there are any medications that are less harmful to the baby while you try and deal with the depression. And as hard as it is, let your SO know what you're going through and that there will be some really hard days.
