Had an appointment at the fertility center yesterday. They did my Ultrasound and found 4 follicles. A 10.5,12.5,15.5 and an 18.5! She said she's pretty confident the 18.5 is holding a mature egg. I haven't ovulated yet so hopefully the 15.5 is still growing. She's happy with my last progesterone level on Letrozole so I don't have to retest. Its ovulation time so fingers crossed something sticks!
