Having to wait WEEKS to see an OB

So im 5 weeks pregnant and wondering if it is normal to have to wait till like 9 weeks to be seen? With my first i was seen right away so this seems odd to me and everyone else has already had ultrasounds and stufd. Anyone else had to wait this long?
