Vomiting after taking prenatal vitamins?

Hi everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your pregnancy and symptoms. So I have experienced morning sickness, fatigue and dizziness. But I only vomit when I take my vitamins. I've taken them in the morning and in the afternoon and I vomit no matter when I take them. I've only been able to stomach them once. Anyone  else experiencing this? Any recommendations? I don't want to stop taking them.

I always felt sick with vitamins before switching to a whole-foods based vitamin.

I always get sick after taking regular prenatal vitamins. I switched to the cvs brand gummy ones that have folic acid and dha, but are iron free. I can take them on a completely empty stomach and still feel perfectly fine. You can supplement with slow release iron if you need to, but I haven't tried that just yet. I also bought some yogurt+calcium gummies to go along with my prenatal ones and they are so yummy - also cvs brand. Hope this helps!

That used to always happen to me on my other pregnancies and for this one I bought the gummy prenatal and they are the same as the pills but the gummy are really good the don't cost much at target, but if you chose the pill what I used to do it helped a lot I would take a deep breath drink it fast it a fruit for me not to taste the after taste and I would drink it at night time. I throw up after regular vitamins if I hadn't eaten enough. My first dose of prenatals I felt very nauseous and knew these would be the same. So I keep them by my bed and take them at night right before I fall asleep. No worries about sickness no matter how much I've eaten. But it's different for everyone I guess.

I used to get sick when I would take them in the morning but for this pregnancy I've been taking them at night before bed and I haven't gotten sick at all.

I was told to sandwich them in with food. Like eat half of a meal, take the vitamins then finish my meal. That will lower the likelihood of you vomiting them up. My first pregnancy I had to do that or I would end up sick.

Are you eating when you take them? It's not good to take them on an empty stomach.
