Is it okay to be scared?

I have my next ultra sound on the 27th. I'll be 10 weeks and it'll be the first time I hear a heartbeat or not. I'm so scared something's can be going wrong between now and then and I don't know about it. My question is this early on if something were to happen to my baby would I have signs of it ?

Unfortunately not necessarily. But don't be scared if your symptoms start to fade. The nausea I had went away around week 10. Nothing was wrong though. Just try to stay positive and keep taking your vitamins. Good luck!

Unfortunately sometimes you don't know if something's wrong until it happens! I had a miscarriage this past October and had no clue anything was wrong! Went to my first ultrasound and the doctor told me there wasn't a embryo, just a gestational sac! I didn't want to believe it because I felt fine! I miscarried a week later! You can never prepare yourself for it! But now I'm 20 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my rainbow baby and he's doing great! Just try your best to stay positive! You'll be fine! ☺️👶🏽🙏🏽

For the most part if for some reason you were to miscarry you would bleed. However I have read about woman cramping but now bleeding an they didn't get a heartbeat. But I wouldn't stress unless ultimately something doesn't feel right. I know it's easier said than done because I was freaking before I heard my sons heart beat for the first time. But stay positive(:
