Spitting up?

My son is 3weeks. He's been spitting up a lot lately. Sometimes and hour or two after feeding! What could this be from? I burp him after each breast and keep him upright ten to fifteen minutes afterwards, sometimes more but it doesn't seem to help much. I'm exclusively breastfeeding him. Could it be my diet??

Maybe the formula is to thin we had my son on added rice formula, but I mean all babies spit up so talk to your doctor

Ask your doctor about reflux. As long as it's only a little bit then that's normal. It's when it is the whole feed that it is problematic. My little one was put of reflux medications because she was spitting up way too much and it helped but it's also gotten better as she's gotten a little older. She's 2 months now and we were having issues around the 2-3 week mark too
