High test results can be from 3 things usually. Your date is off, a multiple pregnancy or a molar/ectopic. If you feel fine and don't have any pain could be twins ;)

Just look out for sharp pain on one side of your abdomen and get a confirmation with your doc at 8 weeks or so. Might want to shoot them an email too just to make sure.
