Acne :(
Okay, so I haven't had much of a problem with acne during pregnancy, but this past week I have zits all over my face, and ingrown hairs. Any one have any advice on acne treatments? Stuff that's safe to use? I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. My face hurts lol
