Breast feel engorged, so I pump and barely get 5oz combined!? What in the world. Why do they feel so full and then nothing is hardly coming out..

Try massaging different areas of the breast as you are pumping to ensure that you are emptying the entire thing. Also taking a hot shower or warm compresses before hand helps with let down so it will empty more effectively

Make sure you're pumping at the highest speed. That's what helped me and my milk shoots out when pumping now.

Pumps don't "milk" you as well as a baby does.

You could have a clog. Do you feel any hard spots? Take some ibuprofen, too. The engorged feeling comes from your ducts being inflamed since they're not used to being full. Try to pump before you reach the point of engorgement

I get even less than that. I've decided to stop and switch to formula all together. It's too frustrating and i need my baby to have a full belly😊 Do what works best
