Need wisdom tooth pulled but pregnant

So one of my wisdom tooth has beeb growing out before i got pregnant it would hurt n bother me on and off i would jus deal with it. I am now 16wks pregnant (tomorrow) and this one wisdom tooth is killing me its swollen bleeding some and very painful....i made a appt and am gettin a letter frm my dr but i was wondering if any of u ladies had ur wisdom tooth/teeth pulled out while pregnant n how did it go and what happened.
