Abdominal cyst

Just wondering if anyone else has ever been told that their baby has an abdominal cyst? They aren't sure where it came from but it's 5cm. She doesn't have ascites or anything like that to go with it. And otherwise looks healthy. My dr doesn't come back in until Monday so I can't ask him. And of course Google is not your friend so I don't want to look too far into it there... Anyone?
