What's your favorite sleeping position while pregnant? I know the left side is best for the baby because the baby gets more blood flow but I'm so much more comfortable on my right side

Depends mainly on how active he is when I am trying to sleep. He favors my left side something fierce because two days in a row he kicked the left side of my pelvis and it felt like a nerve got pinched both times. My left side is my go-to side for sleep but not often while pregnant. 😏

i have to sleep on my back!

I sleep on my side with a pillow tucked under my belly and another folded in half and tucked between my knees. The pillows really help alleviate the back pain.
