Best BBT thermometer?

What thermometer do you use to check your BBT, and do you like it? Do you temp oral, vaginal, or in your ear?

This is the one I use. Love it. It glows in different colors depending on how high your temp is and it's really quick. I keep it on my nightstand so I check before I get out of bed. I only temp orally. Bonus, the thermometer comes with disposable covers.
