No contractions but still dilated anyone?

Could I still be dilated even if i haven't felt any contractions what so ever? Not even Braxton ones? I'm just worried I'll go in for my 36 week and she'll say I'm not dilating 😐 or baby will go over due because I haven't felt any contractions

Listen to your body and let it do its thing. Try not to get caught up in the numbers so you don't get frustrated if you don't progress at the rate you think.

I was dilated to a 4 at my 36 week checkup. I didn't really have contractions just a lot of lightening crotch. I wouldn't worry about it.

I only have Contractions at work , I'm an ER nurse so it's very physically taxing sometimes, I'm almost 37 weeks and have tons of lightning crotch and hip/pelvic pressure and I'm dilated to 1.5 and the dr said she can feel the baby's head and knows it's her head as of yesterday.

I'm pretty sure I haven't felt Braxton Hicks contractions either 😕 it seems like everyone else in this group has so I worry there's something wrong with me. I'm asking my doctor next week.

I'm having contractions for well over a week now and not dilated. Which is fine since I am 36 weeks. But it's such a "tease" and I hate going to L&D for false labor.
