So weird

So this morning I got up at 6am couldn't go back to sleep so I started watching tv and dozed back off. Now the dream I had was so weird in my dream I woke up out my sleep and took three hpt and they where all positive. One said 2-3 weeks. So when got up around 9 I took a test and got a faint line.
