Should I be concerned?

So I went in for my first appointment today. My last period was June 1, which made us to believe I was 10 weeks and 3 days. Well they did the ultrasound and it's only measuring at 9 weeks exactly. Should I be concerned?! I'm so nervous ! Heart rate was 165 and they didn't seem to be concerned. But I'm still worried

I thought I was 7 weeks. I was four. Couldn't even see him yet! Just the sac.

The same thing happened to me. I was given two due dates. August 3rd based on my LMP and August 13th based on the ultrasound. Baby measured with the August 13th due date at the 20 week ultrasound. I had another ultrasound at 36 weeks and she was measuring way ahead. I ended up giving birth to a healthy 7 pound 3 ounce girl at 37+1.

It's normal, I've heard. I'm a FTM and when I went in I thought I was somewhere around 9wk. I was only 7wk.

Same thing happened to me too.. Nothing to be concerned about, if there was a problem you would have been informed! Stay positive!

I went to my first appointment today thinking I was 8w6d but the baby only measured 7w2d. She said this is normal for someone who doesn't have a regular 28 day cycle like myself depending on when you ovulate and implant. Heart rate was 160 and baby is healthy!

Same here... LMP was June 7th and sure March 20. I went in thinking I was 8w4d and was 7w4d.

U have a 2 week give or take period. All depends on when u ovulated. No concern!!

Our first visit I thought I was 10 weeks but we got moved back to 8 weeks 4 days. Now 19 weeks with a healthy baby boy.

If the doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't be concerned. With my first ultrasound my baby measured a week over and also right on track so they repeated the measurements to confirm. The OB said the angle and the fact he was on the move could change the measure. If your cycles aren't exactly 28 days then it could easily change the due date too. The heart beat was good! I would try not to worry. Did the doctor change your due date based on the scan? Huge congrats! Remember anywhere from 38 to 42 weeks is really what full term is so we shouldn't expect babies to be "on time".
