If you need to relax try yoga, napping, reading, taking a walk with music, drawing, playing playdough, petting a kitten, anything but alcohol. 
If you can't relax without alcohol you need to see someone because that's not okay.

I have a glass of red wine about once a month. A friend info mine who just had her daughter a year ago was told by her dr. To have a glass when the Braxton hicks got bad. She had a few the last trimester. Do your research. It's a personal choice. My husband is a nurse and Were comfortable with a glass a month.

I've heard a single glass every once in a while like once a week isn't bad, and largely accepted in most of europe. But if you're paranoid about it, try other relaxation techniques first as there are literally hundreds of them

My cousin has fetal alcohol syndrome so I'm fairly paranoid.  I don't judge people who choose to drink a little wine though.  When my mom was pregnant with me she was actually prescribed a beer a day for constipation.  That's probably why I crave beer so much haha but I can't bring myself to take even a sip of alcohol because I'm such a worry wort.

I had half a glass of red wine once in a while maybe once a month or even longer with my first pregnancy doctor said it was safe to have only red once in a while but only half a glass! This pregnancy I haven't had any yet maybe towards the end or my pregnancy lol
