Last few days....

For about 3 days now

I been spotting brown discharge only when I wipe my period isn't due till tomorrow, I tested like a week ago and got nothing, as of last night my throat is hurting, I heard sometimes early pregnancy signs can be like your getting sick, also I'm super tired. Do u think I should test again?
