Butt-in mother in law?

Anyone else have a MIL that believes in all crazy myths on what to do while pregnant? I'm 18 and 5 months and she just told my fiancé to tell me to put a safety pin on my underwear because of lunar eclipse! That it causes deformalities! My mother never did that and I am perfectly formed. Then they took blood from me to detect Down syndrome and she told him that was bad that I did that, and I am harming my baby? Ummmm is the baby in my arm and is the needle poking the baby?! It was just blood drawn out! Sorry for the rant :(T

My mom told me that if someone scared me during pregnancy that the baby would be "marked". Hahaha! Like what does that even mean?? I don't believe in any superstition or old wives tales.

Girl, my husband's family motto is 'eat, drink, and remarry' and I have three (oh yes, THREE) women who count themselves as my mother in law. One is toxic, one is a hack, and we can go ahead and call the last one a trophy...
