Anybody else have luck bouncing on a birthing ball to help you dilate?.. I was 2cm at my last appointment and today I called the doctor because of how bad the pressure was I couldn't walk and I was having contractions last night she said that bouncing and rolling around on the ball might help break my water and start contractions. Did anybody else have any luck or is this a lost cause??
