So ive been having this pissy/fishy odor down there im 14 weeks pregnant ... Docs said my test for every infection came back negative... What could this be ?

Maybe your ph levels ... Try eating very clean like Fruits and veggies

I read an article that it was a women's heightened sense of smell not actually a strong smell coming from them. I forget where I saw the article but apparently this is common.
