Were you honest with your SO of the number of men you slept with in the past?

My boyfriend knows everything that's happened to me including how many partners I've had, I know all his stuff too. We don't have any secrets

There is no reason to lie about something like this! If your SO other cannot accept the truth, I don't believe they are right for you. And starting a relationship without honest isn't as great as one full of honesty!

My husband and I became best friends before we started dating and told each other everything. He knows more details than I want him to and I know more details about his sexual past than I want to. :p But even if that weren't so, I would have been honest.

My SO is my best friend and knows everything. I was married for 10 years and with him for 13, b4 me and my SO got together. My husband passed away 3 years ago and me and my SO got together about a year after. He was the one there for me and it happened. We have a great relationship and me and my 2 kids talk about their dad all the time. Don't have to hide it or feel bad talking about him around SO and it really help. I still have pics up of all of us (me, my kids and my husband) and have his ashes. His ashes are in my son's room right now, then next they will go to my daughter.

Before we started dating, we took a drive & we had a long talk about ourselves. Our sex life, home life, everything just to get to really know each other. We both talked about the number of people, all of our exes, personal stuff.. We started dating a few months later & it really helped with our relationship because he knows what I've been through & vice versa. It also eliminated a lot of jealousy between us. We both just told each other most of our past & moved on. We never bring up our exes unless one of us asks or they try to talk to us.
