TTC everyday or every other?

Question

For those who are also TTC are you having sex everyday or every other day of your fertile window?

I am in my 4th month TTC, I'm prepared for it to take a little while, I'm 34. My most fertile days are today and tomorrow according to glow.

We do every other day and I have gotten BFPs 3 cycles in a row. Sadly they are always chemicals, but I know swimmers are meeting my eggs.

My fertility specialist told me 2-3 days a week is fine since the sperm live for like 6 days or something and if you try to do it too much it can stress you out and then you may not conceive.

We are doing every other day. We used to do every day for 3 days once + OPK. However we are liking the every other day starting beginning of fertile week.

My husband and I are doing every other day. I have heard from both sides. Some say every day is to much but others did it every day. So who knows? 
This is our first month trying so I guess we will know in a few weeks.
