Anyone know the signs of ectopic?

Went to wipe after using the restroom and saw EWCM but as I stood up the left side of my pelvis has a  numbness to it. It hasn't gone away. Am I just panicking?

Have you had ep before? I've had 3. My first one I had severe pain on my left side and dizziness. Second no symptoms and the last I had slight cramping on right side and thick white cm. you can't typically tell if you're having ectopic until you have an us, or 2 betas to show if your hcg is doubling every 48-72hrs. Hope this helps

With my ectopic I always cramped in my left side and I always felt light headed. One night I was lying on my couch and felt really wet down there, I went to the bathroom and it was blood. Went to the ER and they did an ultrasound that showed the baby in my left tube. I really hope you don't have an Ectopic pregnancy. It's really hard to deal with. Much prayers and luck to you 😞❤
