Ok so I'm sure I'll get some hate for asking this but I'm genuinely curious, and hopefully his doesn't become a heated debate.. At what point does this cross a line into sexual abuse?? At some point it's gotta be like "ok this is not healthy or normal". Thoughts?? Like, wouldn't it be the same as bathing with a 6,7,8 yr old, would that be considered not healthy or normal? I mean my kids walk in when I'm in the bath or changing and honestly I'm not really comfortable with that either but that's definitely where I draw the line.

From BF experience, my son is 10 months in 2 days and I'm still breastfeeding him. It is strange and I agree with a lot of the women on here, but trust me it is hard for a baby to wean off of Da boob. It's a natural thing.

But I'm hoping to go to at least a year. Screw 6!

Wouldn't the 6 year old be in like 1st grade.  Do you go to the school and pull out your boob during his lunch??  Will they even let them in school if you're doing that??  That's some craziness right there. I understand to each it's own, but there has to be a line somewhere right?!!

This is the way I see it, if I wouldn't give them a bottle at that age then I wouldn't breastfeed at that age. I know a lot of people are into extended breastfeeding for longer than a year. I think at that point it would be best to pump and put it into a cup because that's what you would do with a formula/ bottle fed baby. I'll admit I haven't BF yet so i don't have 1st hand experience with it but both of my bottle fed babies were using sippy cups by age 1. I'm gonna try to BF this one but I'm really nervous about doing it after the teeth start coming in anyways. If I get bit I will probably cry!!!

My ex husbands mom breastfed her youngest until at least 8 (when we divorced). He would literally run off the field at soccer practice saying mommy milk!!! It was so disturbing....

This in my opinion honestly depends like in America that's beyond wierd because we have so many resources but in out her country's they feed there children until there 10 and can find food some other way!! It depends on how you look at it. I wouldn't feed my child that much personally

Could we just not judge people for their personal choices? Idk if someone else wants to breastfeed their 6yr old. It's not me.
