Period / miscarriage ?

I just had a miscarriage yesterday, sadly. Saw the little dude and all, but I keep bleeding as if it turned into a period.. Why? Is this normal?

Just hang in there. My DR say it is perhaps good thing. Usually unhealthy embryo not survive. So next time you get healthy one. Just keep trying and it will happen. And it is normal to bleed for a while. Just eat lots of apples, keep healthy diet and take lots of folic acid to prepare your body for next pregnancy. Again keep smiling, everything will be just fine. How is your stress levels?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had 2 miscarriages, and each time I bled for a while, even longer than a period. Wishing you the best~

I'm so sorry! Miscarriages are one of the hardest things to go through. When I had mine I bled for about 2 weeks.

Thanks girlies! Yeah, I'm pretty down. I cry for about just anything. Just knowing that my little one isn't with me breaks my heart. And, thanks for the info on the duration on the blood :( it's very weird, sometimes it'll come out a lot and sometimes it'll just spot.
