So by the date of ovulation and my pregnancy syptoms it looks like I'm 7 weeks and 2 days according to my mid wife. I have had 2 children both vaginally in a hospital, first with an epidural second without. This time around we are doing a home birth with a mid wife. We are so anxious because our mid wife doesn't even meet with us until I am 12 to 14 weeks. This seems so long. Like we should be hearing a heartbeat or something already. We love our mid wife we have picked out but I feel like it's such a wait for something so important. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions how to calm my anxiety about the long wait.
