Miscarried twins tonight

Hi ladies,

This has been the worst night of my life. Tonight I miscarried our twins. I was only 5.5 weeks but this is breaking my heart. I have an ultrasound in the morning to make sure I don't need a D&C. I feel numb. My fiancé is heart broken which destroys me.

How long will these feelings last?
