Sore breasts

I'm on CD 113, just started taking vitex 2x a day (9 & 9) on Monday to help with irregularity. I've also had sore breasts since about Monday, and on Sunday they were really itchy. I looked up side effects of vitex (on credible sources) and they all say its supposed to HELP with breast tenderness, not cause it. Any thoughts?
