How often to have sex?

Hello all! I have read different articles on how often to have sex? Some recommend every other day even on fertile days while some do it everyday. Which one works best?

I've read sex every other day until fertile days... Every day during fertile days & then back to every other. If a man has lower sperm count then every other day the entire way through. 
This is my first month ttc since my MC back in October we were successful first try the last time doing that.
