Ok..ladies who have gotten early bfps...I'm 6-8dpo best I can tell (6according to ewcm and cervix...8according to glow)

For the past few days, I have been having some very weird occurrences. I have been slightly constipated, minor indigestion, had a massive migraine with nausea 2 days ago, had sharp pain around both ovaries but that has either gone away or is masked by the massive soreness in my lower abdomen....I feel like I have done 1000 crunches. Minor backache,.... has anyone had a combination of these symptoms very early on and end up getting a bfp?
