There is not enough hcg in your body To give you pregnancy symptoms at 1 week in most cases the baby hasn't even attached yet to the uterus therefore no hcg is even present yet.... Anyways I hardly had symptoms except for one bout of hunger nausea  and then got my BFP 4 days before my missed period
