TTC after a D&C

Alexa • My husband and I have been married since May 2014. We are the proud parents of Levi Peyton born July 5, 2016! We are waiting for our baby girl’s, Ivy Alexandria, arrival April 30!
Had a D&C on Wednesday 8/12 to remove the yolk sac. 
For those of you who have had one how long until you were cleared to have sex? I have had next to zero spotting or bleeding since the procedure. 
Also any positive information about getting pregnant after this procedure? 
How long did it take for your period to come back?
