Disposable or washable nursing pads?

I used disposable nursing pads with my first daughter and they were ok. Trying to decide which to use for my second daughter. Would like pros and cons of each if you've used both. (Besides the fact that you save money obviously with the washable lol). Thanks so much for all your help!

I found that a good washable absorbs more than a cheap disposable :)

Washable are more comfortable and seemed to show less under my shirts.

I use both. I like the washae ones better. They aren't itchy or bunch up like the disposable ones.

i got reusable this time! i never actually bought nursing pads with my first baby but i seriously leaked like every day until 5-6 months pp

I didn't like the washable ones. I felt like they were constantly wrinkled and they didn't stay in place. Wore them at night when I wasn't worried about them being seen. My favorite were the Johnson and Johnson disposable ones. They had a little nipple indent and stayed in place and didn't look like I was stuffing my bra and were very absorbant.

Depends how much you leak. I used disposables at the beginning and then when I could wear one pair all day, I used washables (for about 6 months or so, then I didn't leak after about 7-8 months). I got the least expensive ones at target and got 2 packages. Had no problems!

I used throw away ones in he beginning bc u leaked a lot.  But once my son started eating solids as well as still nursing I found I could use the washable one no problem. 
Honestly I think everyone's experience is different and your just going to have to try it and see if it works for you or not.

I used j&j during the day (much preferred them over medela), then at night I used folded washcloths in a nursing cami (I leaked a ton and they saved me from getting milk all over the bed).

Both. Washable at night and early on when nursing around the clock - mine were organic cotton and so soft.  Later, I used disposable as just-in-case and because they were more discreet.
