Waist training?!

I would just like some opinions on using a waist trainer! Give me the cons and pros! And some before and after result pics if you have used one! Thanks ladies ! 😘

They do work some, kind of the same way a cast does, the body part that you wear it on sweats a lot and can make you seem slimmer. However, once you stop using them, everything goes back to how it was within a couple days. I've found the same to be true with the very expensive "it works" wraps

I use one that is not super tight but offers support for my lower back. My posture is atrocious and the cincher helps me keep my back straight and my shoukders back and alleviates the majority of my back pain. If I wanted to use it to "slim my waist" or "reshape" myself, I would wear one that was at least 2 sizes smaller.. the one I use fits like a back brace.

They push your insides down.  And the work it wraps just make You sweat a ton and as soon as you drink water again you gain that water back that you just lost.
