Help! Prenatal vitamins?

Just found out we are expecting. Doctor said any prenatal vitamins were fine to take...is this ok? I bought women's one a day prenatal. Thank you!

Just make sure they have between 500 and 1000 mg of folic acid in them.

In addition to the folic acid, make sure they have DHA too.

I took flintstone complete and drank Carnation instant breakfast twice a day at least with my first and plan to do the same this time.
