Placenta Previa @ 30 weeks

At my 30 week ultrasound my placenta has not moved at all! I was originally diagnosed at 18 weeks and was cautiously optimistic that it would move. It hasn't moved at all! I will be checked again at 34 weeks but I am losing hope, and trying to mentally prepare for a c section. Anyone else experience this?
