Boosting milk supply!!!
I tried EVERYTHING you can think of. After making lactation cookies one day , I decided to just eat oatmeal mixed in with some brewers yeast and take the fenugreek as directed with tons of water. Next day I noticed a difference so I have been doing that everyday for about 3 days and Seriously my supply has shot up. Brewers yeast and the oatmeal made a huge difference...just thought I would share!!!
