I played softball, soccer and dabbled in track.. always in the weight room.. tampons were best for me.. safest.. we had white softball shorts and our soccer shorts were not that long.. tampons were safe..lol

I skiied on my period using pads and I have a pretty heavy flow ✋✋✋

I don't like the idea of pads. Having no my vagina pretty much sit in my own period blood doesn't sound ideal at all. Plus when I
wear pads I can always feel them, and with tampons I don't feel anything.

They're more comfortable to wear for sports. If you wear a pad, you could risk it moving around.
